深入研究大数据产业对区域科技创新发展的作用机制和途径,有助于发挥大数据产业对创新驱动发展的引领作用。通过探讨大数据产业与区域科技创新的关系,从驱动效应、集聚效应、协同效应和规模效应等方面阐述大数据产业对区域科技创新发展的作用机制,从技术创新、产业结构转型升级、双创、科技成果转化、科技创新管理等方面分析大数据产业推动区域科技创新的路径,以济南市为例进行实证分析,并提出大数据产业推动区域科技创新的对策建议,为加快实现创新驱动发展提供参考。

Abstract:

Studying on the mechanism and approach of big data industry to regional science and technology innovation and development, it can help big data industry to play the leading role to innovation-driven development. By exploring the relationship between big data industry and regional science and technology innovation, this paper expounds the role mechanism of big data industry in regional science and technology innovation development from driving effect, agglomeration effect, synergistic effect and scale effect. Analyzes the path of the big data industry to promote regional scientific and technological innovation from technological innovation, industrial structure transformation and upgrading, double innovation, transformation of scientific and technological achievements and scientific and technological innovation management. Takes Jinan as an example for empirical analysis. And propose a strategy for the big data industry to promote regional technology innovation, to expedite the development of innovation-driven development.
