造船企业转型升级的逐步深入及造船企业间竞争的日益激烈，对造船企业竞争力研究提出了新的要求。选取5家造船企业为样本，从造船企业竞争力三维视角确定5个子系统及20个主要指标，构建造船企业竞争力评价指标体系；通过灰色关联法确定各级指标的权重，并采用动态功效系数法对各指标进行得分评价，得到造船企业综合竞争力指数。通过对造船企业竞争力指数研究，可以直观反映出造船企业的竞争力水平。

With the deepening of the transformation and upgrading of shipbuilding enterprises and the increasingly fierce competition among shipbuilding enterprises, new requirements have been put forward for the study of shipbuilding enterprises' competitiveness. This paper chooses five shipbuilding enterprises as samples, from the three-dimensional perspective of shipbuilding enterprises' competitiveness, 5 subsystems and 20 main indexes are determined, and the evaluation index system of shipbuilding enterprises' competitiveness is constructed; the weight of indexes at all levels is determined by grey correlation method, and the index of comprehensive competitiveness of shipbuilding enterprises is obtained by using dynamic efficacy coefficient method to evaluate the scores of each index. By studying the competitiveness index of shipbuilding enterprises, the competitiveness level of shipbuilding enterprises can be reflected intuitively.
