文章基于科技金融视角,通过建立投入导向的BCC-DEA模型和Malmquist生产率指数对2006-2015年中国大陆30个省市科技成果产业化效率进行动态和静态全面分析,并利用Tobit回归模型探析影响科技成果产业化效率的关键影响因素,研究结果表明：我国科技成果产业化效率整体水平不高,且地区间差异明显；技术进步和技术效率变化均对科技成果产业化效率具有推动作用；政府支持力度、科技人员素质、金融中介发展水平和科技创新能力均对科技成果产业化效率具有显著影响。

Abstract:

Based on the perspective of science and technology finance, this paper conducts a dynamic and static comprehensive analysis of the industrialization efficiency of scientific and technological achievements in 30 provinces and cities in mainland China from 2006 to 2015 by establishing an investment-oriented BCC-DEA model and the Malmquist Productivity Index, and using the Tobit regression model to analyze the impact of technology. The key influencing factors of the efficiency of industrialization of achievements, the research results show that the overall level of efficiency of industrialization of scientific and technological achievements in China is not high, and the differences between regions are significant; both technical progress and technological efficiency have a positive effect on the efficiency of industrialization of scientific and technological achievements; government support The quality of scientific and technological personnel, the level of development of financial intermediaries and the ability of scientific and technological innovation all have a significant impact on the efficiency of the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements.
