当前科研仪器设备使用效率不高、重复投资问题越来越突出,科研仪器的共享越来越受到关注。研究发现,重点高校普遍具有科研仪器设备的共享意识,现有仪器设备仍有闲置,存在共享潜力,同时科研仪器设备共享存在地域差异。可以通过进一步加强信息共享、推动仪器跨区域共享、科研经费适度向西部地区倾斜等措施促进科研仪器设备共享。

Abstract:

Scientific research instruments are the basic condition and important resource support for scientific research. According to statistics, as of 2016, the total value of large scientific research instruments, which are more than 500 thousand yuan, has reached 104.2 billion yuan. However, due to the inefficient use of scientific research instruments and repeated investment problems, more and more attention has been paid to the sharing of research instruments. The research found that the key universities generally have the sharing consciousness of scientific research instruments. However some of the existing instruments are still idle. So research instruments still have potential for sharing. And there are regional differences in scientific research instruments sharing. We should strengthen information sharing of scientific research instruments, promoting the sharing of instruments across the region. And we should appropriately invest more in scientific research to the western regions.
