Abstract:In order to identify the key influencing factors of knowledge management ability of international talents in construction enterprises, the research is carried out according to the evaluation model of knowledge management ability and its influencing factors, the design of evaluation method of knowledge management ability and the selection of key influencing factors. This paper takes the South American and African internationalized talents of a railway group company as an example to verify the maneuverability of the evaluation model and method, and combines genetic algorithm and rough set to screen out the key influencing factors of knowledge ability, the calculation result is reasonable through grey relation analysis and project reality verification. Finally, based on the key factors of international talent in South America and Africa, this paper puts forward the strategy of improving the knowledge management ability of its employees.
