本文通过检索Incopat数据库获取了中国高校及科研院所高铁专利数据,以中国32家高校和科研院所为样本,选取了11个专利评价指标,运用因子分析法对实证样本进行了综合评价。研究结果发现中国高校及科研院所高铁技术创新能力差距较大,且在技术创新整体水平、技术创新平均水平和技术创新管理这三个方面发展不均衡。针对这一结果,本文提出了提高中国高校及科研院所高铁技术创新能力的建议。

This paper obtains high-speed rail patent data from Chinese universities and research institutes by searching the Incopat database. Taking the sample of 32 universities and research institutes in China, 11 patent evaluation indicators were selected, and a comprehensive analysis of empirical samples was conducted using factor analysis. The study found that the technological innovation capability of high-speed railways in Chinese universities and scientific research institutes has a wide gap, and it is unbalanced in terms of the overall level of technological innovation, average level of technological innovation, and technology innovation management. In response to these results, this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the high-speed railway technology innovation capability of Chinese universities and research institutes.
