Abstract:Based on the analysis of the status quo of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in domestic universities, this paper focuses on the key factors affecting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities and colleges and takes South China University of Technology as the research object. Through the deepening of institutional and systematic reforms, it has explored and formed a trinity transformation model of "points, lines, and surfaces.". It has established a transformation system of “three schools, one incubator and one garden” structure, which has enriched and expanded the channels and paths for the transformation of achievements in colleges and universities, and promoted the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.Through the exploration and practice of South China University of Technology, it is hoped that it will provide useful lessons for deepening the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities and extending the university’s role in serving the socio-economic development.
