利用来自江浙沪的科技型企业高管团队(TMT)为样本,选取衡量TMT隐性特征异质性的两个指标,引入团队氛围为调节变量,研究科技型企业不同生命周期阶段TMT隐性特征异质性对战略决策速度的影响。研究发现,隐性特征异质性对战略决策速度有显著的负向影响,团队氛围越好,对战略决策速度的负向影响越弱。团队氛围对战略决策速度正向影响从形成期到规范期逐渐增强。

Abstract:

Taking the top management team(TMT) of science and technology enterprises from Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai provinces as samples, the thesis selected two indicators to measure the TMT’s tacit characteristics. Team climate is used as the adjustment variable to study the TMT’s tacit characteristics in different life cycle stages of technology-based companies. The study found that the tacit characteristics has a significant negative impact on the speed of strategic decision making. The better the team atmosphere, the weaker the negative impact on the strategic decision - making speed. The positive influence of team atmosphere on strategic decision-making speed gradually increases from the forming period to the norming period.
