Abstract:Improving the transformation performance of scientific and technological achievements is an important measure to deepen the reform of the scientific and technological system and realize innovation-driven development. In this paper, organizational learning is taken as an intermediary variable to study the relationship between industry-university-research cooperation and the performance of scientific and technological achievements transformation. The results show that the three dimensions of the industry-university-research cooperation coupling relationship also have significant positive effects on the transformation performance of scientific and technological achievements. The coupling of industry-university-research cooperation positively affects organizational learning. Exploratory learning and utilization learning have positive effects on the transformation performance of scientific and technological achievements. Organizational learning has a partial mediating effect on the effect of industry-university-research cooperation coupling on the performance of achievement transformation.
