Abstract:In this paper, the statistical analysis of the technical transaction flow in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei (BTH)Region in the past three years was performed, and the technology transfer network among 13 cities in the region was constructed combined with the social network analysis method, its spatial and temporal distribution and evolution characteristics were eventually analyzed. The overall integrity of technology transfer in the BTH Region was found to be gradually strengthened, and the cohesiveness of regional technology transfer has also been gradually increased, but they are still at a relatively low level. It also confirms the “core-periphery” structural features of the BTH regional technology transfer network, and finds that Tianjin’s intermediary and transfer function in the technology transfer in the region is insufficient, as well as in a downward trend. For this problem, this paper furtherly gives relevant suggestions for the construction of the BTH regional Technology Transfer Network Governance Mechanism, referred by corresponding management departments.
