摘要:

在梳理和回顾国内外相关文献基础上,构建经济增长质量计量的指标体系,对近17年中国经济增长质量进行测度研究。分析结果表明：技术创新对中国经济增长质量的提升贡献最大且作用效果显著。在此基础上,结合中国的实际国情,提出促进中国质量型经济快速平稳增长的相关建议。

Abstract:

Based on reviewing and reviewing relevant domestic and foreign literatures, we have constructed an index system for measuring the quality of economic growth and conducted a study on the quality of China’s economic growth in the past 17 years. The analysis results show that technological innovation has made the greatest contribution to the improvement of the quality of China’s economic growth and has a significant effect. Based on China’s actual national conditions, the papers put forward suggestions for promoting the rapid and steady growth of China’s quality economy.
