我国科技信息资源共享平台建设现状研究

Present Situation of Sharing Platform of Science and Technology Information Resource in China

摘要:

在调研科技信息资源共享有关政策的基础上，重点分析了国家级科技信息资源共享平台“中国科技资源共享网”的信息资源内容和信息资源利用方式，同时调查了29个省级科技信息资源共享平台的建设现状，从信息资源质量、信息资源描述标准、信息孤岛现象三个方面探讨了省级科技信息资源共享平台存在的问题和建议，希望能进一步推动我国科技信息资源共享平台的建设发展和科技信息资源的开放共享。

Abstract:

On the basis of research on related policies, this paper focused on the information resource content and information resource utilization mode of “Portal of Chinese Science and Technology Resource”, which is the national sharing platform of science and technology information resource. Meanwhile, 29 provincial sharing platforms of science and technology information resource were investigated, and the problems and suggestions were put forward from three aspects, including information resource quality, information resource description standard and information island phenomenon. We hope to further promote the development of the sharing platforms of science and technology information resource and the sharing of science and technology information resources in China.
