[]运用系统学方法和复杂系统理论,结合技术整合实践,将施工项目管理系统表征为由“项目管理主体、项目管理任务、项目管理环境及管理实践”等核心要素和“它们之间的关系”构成的有机整体,分析和构建了施工项目技术整合的“丛网模型”结构及施工项目技术整合“三维结构体系”;进行了施工项目技术整合机理研究、效应分析、对策探讨。在对策方面,一是重视跨学科、跨部门项目“干系人”协调和参与,二是联合社会科研机构与高校科研人员投入或咨询服务,三是强化项目现场运作协调与执行系统有效控制。认为推进施工项目技术整合机制的现代化,不断推进项目管理团队思维范式、模式创新,有助于提升项目管理团队现代化管理能力,实现项目管理增值与成功。

Using systemic methods and complex system perspectives, integrating technical integration practicing, the construction project management system can be characterized as core elements such as “project management subjects, project management tasks, project management environment, and management practices” and “the relationship between them”, which constitutes an organic whole, also analyzes and constructs the “cluster network model” structure for the technical integration of construction projects and the “three-dimensional structural system” for the technical integration of construction projects. The technical integration mechanism research, effect analysis and countermeasure of the construction project are discussed. First, attach importance to the coordination and participation of cross-disciplinary and inter-departmental project “stakeholders”. Second, the joint social research institutions and university scientific research personnel input or advisory services. Third, strengthen the effective control of project site coordination and execution systems. It is believed that advancing the modernization of the technology integration mechanism for construction projects and continuously advancing the thinking paradigm and model innovation of the project management team will help improve the project management team"s modern management capabilities and achieve project management value-added and success.
