摘要:

为探讨创新源分散化趋势下，不同类型企业知识搜索开放度的策略制定。本文从专利的角度出发，探讨创新源分散化与企业知识搜索开放度的关系，同时探究了企业技术多样性、企业规模这两个变量对上述关系的调节作用。通过专利的数据的实证检验得出，创新源分散化对企业知识搜索宽度有正向影响作用，而对知识搜索深度有负向影响作用，同时技术多样性先促进创新源分散化程度对企业知识搜索宽度的正向影响作用，后抑制这种作用；企业规模促进创新源分散化对企业知识搜索宽度的正向影响作用，抑制创新源分散化对企业知识搜索深度的负向影响作用。

Abstract:

In order to explore the enterprises knowledge search openness strategy formulation under the background of diversification of innovation sources.From the perspective of patent, this paper constructs a theoretical model between the diversification of innovation sources and the enterprise knowledge search openness, explores the relationship between them.At the same time, this paper explores the adjustment functions of these variables including the technological diversity and the?firm size.Through the empirical test of the patent data, it is concluded that the diversification of innovation sources has a positive effect on the enterprise knowledge search width , but has a negative effect on the knowledge search depth. Meanwhile, the technology diversity first promotes the positive influence of the diversification of innovation sources on the enterprise knowledge search width, and then suppression this positive influence. The firm size promotes the positive influence of the diversification of innovation sources on the enterprise knowledge search width, and suppresses the negative influence of the diversification of innovation sources on the enterprise knowledge search depth.
