Abstract:Taking "47 key cities in three regions and ten groups and " as the research object, a two-stage industrial production control model of resource input-environment governance was constructed under the consideration of non-expected output. The EBM model of network superefficiency is used to measure the green development level of industrial ecology in 2016, that is, the efficiency of industrial production, the efficiency of environmental treatment and the comprehensive ecological efficiency of industry. The results show that the green development level of industrial ecology in ten groups of three regions, the input-output efficiency of energy economy, the efficiency of pollution control and the comprehensive ecological efficiency are very uneven. On the whole, the industrial ecological green development level of the southeast coastal urban agglomeration is relatively high. The stage efficiency and the overall industrial ecological efficiency are relatively superior, and the northwest inland urban agglomeration is relatively low. According to the characteristics of ecological efficiency of urban agglomeration, this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions on the green and healthy development of ecological economy.
