农业科研单位是我国农业发展的原动力，科研基地是农业科研工作不可缺少的载体 。随着现代农业的发展，农业试验基地重要性的日益显著，农业试验基地的管理凸显重要。文章将中国农业科学院兰州畜牧与兽药研究所大洼山综合试验基地作为研究对象，分析试验基地的管理现状和剖析存在问题，提出适应试验基地发展的新思路新模式，以找到科学的管理方法促进试验基地创新发展。

Abstract:

Agricultural research units are the driving force behind China''s agricultural development, and scientific research bases are indispensable carriers of agricultural scientific research units. With the development of modern agriculture, the importance of agricultural experimental bases have become increasingly significant, and the management of agricultural experimental bases have become increasingly important.The article takes the Dawashan Comprehensive Experimental Base of the Lanzhou Institute of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences as the research object. it proposes new ideas and models for adapting to the development of the experimental base by analyzing analyzes the management status of the experimental base and the existing problems, and in order to find scientific management methods to promote Experimental base innovation and development.
