产业集群作为可减少资源浪费和环境污染的可持续发展形式,是推进循环经济和生态文明建设的重要途径。有必要从产业集群整体的视角,将高耗能产业群生态效率视为资源效率和环境效率组成的复合系统,并对复合系统协同发展水平及其影响因素进行深入探究。在准确衡量高耗能产业群生态效率的基础上,测度复合生态效率系统协同发展水平,分析生态效率系统协同度的关键影响因素,为促进产业集群的循环经济建设、加快高耗能产业升级提供理论支持和实践参考。

Industrial cluster, as a sustainable form to reduce waste of resources and environmental pollution, is an important way to promote the construction of circular economy and ecological civilization. It is necessary to take the eco-efficiency of energy-intensive industrial cluster as a compound system composed of resource efficiency and environmental efficiency from the perspective of industrial cluster, and to research the level of synergetic development and the influencing factors of the composite system. On the basis of accurately measuring the eco-efficiency of the energy-intensive industrial cluster, the paper measures the synergetic development level of the complex eco-efficiency system, analyzes the key influencing factors of the synergetic degree of the eco-efficiency system, and provides theoretical support and practical reference for promoting the circular economy construction of industrial cluster and speeding up the upgrading of energy-intensive industries.
