前孵化器视角下的高校创新创业教育体系构建研究

摘要:

前孵化器是连接高校和企业孵化器的桥梁，主要用于整合高校资源，为高校创业人才提供前期专业化、信息化、系统化的服务指导。通过前孵化器进行创新创业人才培养的新型教育理念，结合创业教育的理论与实践为高校创业教育的课程实践和产品转化提供全过程的服务平台，能够增强创新创业教育的实效性。基于前孵化器的功能演变发展过程，构建前孵化器的管理设计主体、入驻考核机制、实践平台构建、校外协同关系以及创业保障机制等方面进行阐述，为创新创业教育的发展提供借鉴经验。

Abstract:

The pre-incubator is a bridge connecting universities and business incubators, which focus on integrating university resources and providing pre-specialized, informative and systematic service guidance for college entrepreneurs. Through the pre-incubator to carry out the new educational concept of innovation and entrepreneurship training, combined with the theory and practice of entrepreneurship education, it provides a whole-service service platform for the curriculum practice and product transformation of college entrepreneurship education, which can enhance the effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship education. Based on the evolution of the function of the pre-incubator, the management design main body, the in-situ assessment mechanism, the practice platform construction, the off-campus synergy relationship and the entrepreneurial guarantee mechanism of the pre-incubator are elaborated to provide reference for the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
