Study on Food Quality Safety Risk Control Investment from the Perspective of Supply Chain

摘要:

食品供应链作为一个利益共享的契约合作联盟,其每一个节点企业进行食品质量安全风险调控的投资意愿不仅受自身风险投资收益因素影响,还取决于供应链上其它利益关联主体的相互协同激励。以博弈论为基础,构建了食品供应链中供应商与制造商质量安全风险调控投资模型。结果表明：在一定条件下,食品供应商与制造商博弈双方中的一方选择进行食品质量安全风险投资的概率是政府惩罚力度和投资补贴率的增函数；是另一方风险投入产出比和投资成本分担系数的增函数,是“搭便车”收益的减函数；风险投入产出比与投资补贴率之间具有一定的替代性,风险投资补贴机制对惩罚机制具有良好的补充作用；食品供应商进行质量安全风险投资的概率是风险传导治理投资协调系数的减函数,即食品供应商风险投资的概率与食品供应链整体质量安全风险投资的协调性正相关。

Abstract:

The food supply chain is a contractual cooperation alliance with interest sharing, and the investment will of its each node in the risk control of food quality safety is not only influenced by the income factors of its own venture investment, but also relied on the mutual synergy between other stakeholders on the supply chain.For the food suppliers and food manufacturers, this paper constructs a quality safety risk control investment model which is based on game theory.The results show that under certain conditions,the probability of food quality safety risk investment by either of the food suppliers and manufacturers is an increase function ofgovernment punishment and investment subsidy rate;It is an increase function of the risk input-output ratio of the other party and the investment cost sharing coefficient. It is alsoa decrease function of“free rider”behavior benefit.There is a certain substitution between the risk input-output ratio and the investment subsidy rate, and the risk investment subsidy mechanism has a good supplement to the punishment mechanism;the probability of the food supplier"s quality safety risk investment is the reduction function of the investment coordination coefficient of the risk conduction governance.It means that the probability of the risk investment of the food suppliersis positively correlated to the coordination of food supply chain quality and safety risk investment.
