Abstract:Social networking, which provides a wealth of sources for entrepreneurs to acquire knowledge and entrepreneurial experience, has direct or indirect influence on the development of the new enterprise. The different sources of knowledge acquisition also have certain influence on the growth performance of enterprises, so, this study follows the logic thought in social network and constructs a mode to study the relationship among network strength and trust, entrepreneurial learning and the growth of new enterprises, from the perspective of who to learn, how to learn and how is the learning results, and respectively focused on the intermediary effect of entrepreneurial learning in terms of cognitive, experiential and practical learning. Accordingly, this paper collects 656 new enterprise questionnaire data, and uses structural equation model to achieve results as follow: (1) The relationship strength of entrepreneurial network positively affects the performance of new ventures; (2) The strength and trust of network relationship influence entrepreneurs to acquire knowledge in different ways; (3) Entrepreneurial cognitive, experiential, practical learning plays partial mediating roles in the mode, especially the experiential learning has a significant impact on the growth performance of new ventures.
