珠三角区域科技协同创新的现状、问题及对策研究

Research on the Status Quo, Problems and Countermeasures of Collaborative Innovation of Science and Technology in Pearl River Delta Region

摘要:

珠江三角洲区域是我国改革开放的前沿阵地，也是广东省科技创新发展的先导区域，科技协同创新发展已成为珠三角地区重要的战略任务。基于珠三角地区政策背景及其现实条件，分析珠三角地区科技协同创新投入与产出现状，并指出珠三角地区科技协同创新所存在的问题和原因，提出要实现区域科技资源共享、重大项目联合攻关、产业集群协同创新、增强科技中介活力、科技金融协同行动等一系列提升珠三角区域科技协同创新绩效的政策建议。

Abstract:

The Pearl River Delta region is at the forefront of China’s reform and opening up, and is also the leading area for the development of technological innovation in Guangdong Province. The development of scientific and technological collaborative innovation has become an important strategic task in the Pearl River Delta region. Based on the policy background of the Pearl River Delta region and its actual conditions, this paper analyzes the current status of the input and output of scientific and technological collaborative innovation in the Pearl River Delta Region, and points out the problems and causes of the collaborative innovation in the Pearl River Delta region, and proposes a series of upgrading of the Pearl River Delta region, including the sharing of regional scientific and technological resources, the joint research of major projects, the collaborative innovation of industrial clusters, the enhancement of the vitality of science and technology agencies and the coordinated action of scientific and financial cooperation.
