基于区位熵灰色关联度的团体标准空间集聚评估

Assessment on the Spatial Agglomeration from the Grey Relational Analysis of Location Quotient of Association Standards

摘要:

团体标准是标准体系改革的重要成果，数量大幅增加，但对产业结构和区域分布缺乏有效评估。基于全国2803条团体标准数据，通过区位熵值反映了团体标准发展的区域结构及其变动情况，运用灰色关联度评估发展一致性。结果表明：第一产业团体标准有资源依赖性；第二产业团体标准建设领先其他产业，存在行业偏好；第三产业团体标准的区域布局不平衡。山东、辽宁、江苏的团体标准结构与全国的一致性较高，电力、热力、燃气及水生产和供应业、信息传输、软件和信息技术服务业和建筑业在各区域的行业异质性较小。

Abstract:

Association standards are important achievement in the reform of standard system. Although the quantities of association standards increases significantly, the industrial structure and regional distribution were not effectively evaluated. Based on the standard data of 2803 association standards in the country, the regional structure and changes of the development are reflected by the location quotient, and the consistency of the development is evaluated by the grey relational analysis. The results show that the association standards of the first industrial are dependent on resources. Then the the association standards of the second industrial lead to other industries, and there is an industry preference. To the third industrial, the regional distribution is not balanced. The structures of association standards in the province of Shandong, Liao ning and Jiang su have high consistency with the whole country. And the industry heterogeneity of association standards in various regions is quite small, including electricity, heat, gas and water production and supply, information transmission, software and information technology services and construction business.
