Management and Implementation of Science Instrument and Equipment Projects from the Perspective of Institutes

摘要:

从学者对科学仪器类专项管理实施的研究现状出发，以科研院所“自下而上”的视角分析如何根据科学仪器研发类专项的定位和导向、管理架构和项目特点，有针对性地开展科学仪器类项目管理与实施。与此同时，穿插梳理和剖析引导和支持科学仪器创新研发的相关计划（专项/基金）资助体系沿革，以期从科研院所承担项目和管理项目的微观视角为科学仪器研发项目的管理和实施提供必要的借鉴和支撑。

Abstract:

Based on the current situation of research on the management and implementation of scientific instruments by scholars, and from the perspective of "bottom-up" of scientific research institutes, this paper analyzes how to carry out scientific instrument project management and implementation according to the orientation and guidance, management structure and project characteristics of scientific instrument research. Meanwhile, this paper combs and analyzes the evolution of the relevant programs that guide and support the innovation and development of science instrument and equipment, expecting to provide necessary references and support for the management and implementation of science instrument and equipment programs, from the microscopic perspective of the projects undertaken and managed by scientific research institutes.
