高校新型科技类智库战略与路径研究

Research on Strategy and Path of the New Type of Science and Technology College Think Tank

摘要:

高校新型科技类智库是助力新时代各级机关企业事业单位等科学决策的重要力量,进行高校新型科智库战略与路径研究兼具学术与实践意义。通过CitespaceV文献可视化软件分析近年我国高校智库研究热点与时区演化路径。借助Nvivo11质性研究软件,对按一定规则收集的新闻访谈材料进行扎根分析,构建由10项主范畴、1项核心范畴、2项支持性主范畴、4项典型关系结构组成的高校新型科技类智库战略与路径理论模型。提出明晰我国高校新型科技类智库组织定位深刻内涵、加强我国高校新型科技类智库组织协作体系建设、把握我国高校新型科技类智库组织变革重要方式、制定规范化的我国高校新型科技类智库评价体系、构建多层次的我国高校新型科技类智库战略规划等五项政策建议。

Abstract:

The new type of science and technology college think tank is an important force that helps science organs and public institutions at all levels in the new era and other scientific decisions. It is of both academic and practical significance to study the strategy and path of the new type of science and technology college think tank. Through the CitespaceV document visualization software, this paper analyzes the research hot spots and time-zone evolution paths of Chinese college think tanks in recent years. Using Nvivo 11 qualitative research software, we take a root-cause analysis of news interview materials collected according to certain rules and construct a strategic and pathological theoretical model of the new type of science and technology college think tank with 10 main categories, 1 core areas, 2 supporting main categories and 4 typical relationship structures. Putting forward ”Clarifying the deep connotation of organizational orientation of the new type of science and technology college think tank”,” Strengthening the construction of new collaboration system of the new type of science and technology college think tank”,” Grasping the important way of organizational transformation of the new type of science and technology college think tank”,” Formulating a standardized evaluation system of the new type of science and technology college think tank”,” Constructing multilevel strategic planning for the new type of science and technology college think tank” five implementation recommendations.
