基于典型创新指数的德英法创新能力分析

Analysis of the innovation capability of German， British， French based on the typical innovation index

摘要:

2016年,德国、英国、法国的国内生产总值分别位列世界第4、第5和第6,人均GDP远远高于中国。《欧盟记分牌2017》、《全球竞争力指数2017》、《国家创新指数报告2016-2017》、《全球竞争力报告2017-2018》等国际典型创新指数报告均显示德国、英国和法国具有较强的创新竞争力,《国际知识产权指数报告2017》显示,德、英、法三国具有良好的知识产权保护环境。本文研究德国、英国和法国的典型创新指数,分析三个国家的科技创新能力,总结相关特征,并提出若干启示。

Abstract:

In 2016, the gross domestic product of Germany, Britain and France ranked fourth, fifth and sixth in the world, and the per capita GDP was far higher than that of China. The international competitiveness report, such as European Innovation Scoreboard 2017, The Global Innovation Index 2017, National Innovation Index Report 2016-2017, The Global Competitiveness Report 2017-2018, shows that Germany, Britain and France have strong innovative competitiveness. The Roots of Innovation: US Chamber International IP Index 2017 shows that the German, British and French countries have a good environment for intellectual property protection. This paper studies the typical innovation index of Germany, Britain and France, analyzes the scientific and technological innovation ability of the three countries, summarizes the related features, and puts forward some enlightenment.
