Abstract:The essence of collaborative innovation in government, industry, academia and research is to use knowledge transfer as the core and to integrate the advantageous resources of governments, enterprises, universities, research institutes and users and carry out knowledge innovation, diffusion, integration and value-added with human carriers. In the underdeveloped regions, there is a lack of information transmission mechanism among collaborative innovators, and the innovative elements are blocked in the circular flow of innovation networks. All network nodes become islands of information, which can not effectively integrate resources. The typical cooperation model of production, study and research has limitations in underdeveloped areas and is not suitable for the needs of underdeveloped areas, this paper creatively proposes a collaborative innovation model in the underdeveloped areas in which the new service platform serving as a bridge, and the innovation elements represented by high-level talents can circulate in the innovative network and thus generating the non-linear superposition effect and enhancing the innovation performance. Finally, it discusses the practice model of the academician work stations and talent-driving centers which is in line with the model, and puts forward related recommendations and suggestions.
