Abstract:As a kind of knowledge work, the complexity of product development is becoming more and more complex, and the traditional theory and method based on the production task segmentation model cannot be applied to this management situation. Therefore, this paper abstracts the concept and complexity of the knowledge task, and points out that the cognitive differences between the members of the development team are the key points of knowledge coordination, and that knowledge learning is the root of reducing or eliminating cognitive differences. Combining the existing coordination mechanism, the knowledge learning of the team is divided into members' experience learning and collaborative learning, and then systematically describes the coordination mechanism of development team in the context of knowledge task.
