科研平台是作为科技资源重要载体的创新平台,高等院校科研基础设施和科研仪器的全面开放、充分共享,有利于提高科研设施与仪器使用、配置的效率和效益。本文基于三螺旋模型建立了高校开放共享的科研平台的运行机制,并阐述了企业、政府、高校各自定位并给出了相关对策建议,以期为我国共享开放科研平台建设提供借鉴参考。

Scientific research platform is an innovative platform as an important carrier of scientific and technological resources. The overall opening and full sharing of scientific research infrastructure and scientific research instruments in Colleges and universities is conducive to improving the efficiency and benefits of the use and allocation of scientific research facilities and instruments. Based on the three helix model, this paper establishes the operation mechanism of open and sharing research platform in universities, and expounds the respective positioning of enterprises, governments and universities, and gives relevant countermeasures and suggestions, in order to provide reference for the construction of open and sharing scientific research platform in China.
