Abstract:In recent years, the scientific and technical input-output efficiency of universities has become the focus of scholars, but the research on higher vocational educational institution is rare. Based on the three-stage DEA model, this paper calculates the output of science and technology input in the 2012-2016 comprehensive model higher vocational educational institution, and the results show that: (1) after eliminating the influence of environment and stochastic factors, the comprehensive efficiency of science and technology input and output of all kinds of model higher vocational educational institution has obviously increased. (2) The proportion of local financial expenditure in the general budget of local finance and the cost of scientific expenditure per capita in the city of the higher vocational educational institution are the positive factors for the redundancy of input of full-time equivalent personnel and the input redundancy of internal expenditure in the current year. And the average GDP per capita in the city is a positive factor in the redundancy of full-time equivalent personnel, The redundancy in the expenditure of the year"s internal expenditures is a negative factor.
