后发国家对于领先国家的经济追赶最终体现为技术追赶,而大中型工程因其复杂性和动态性有别于一般的产品技术追赶。通过对中国水电工程成功实现技术追赶的理论总结,揭示了技术追赶的内在机制,也为其他大中型工程实现技术追赶提供借鉴。基于动态能力和商业生态系统理论建立概念模型,实证分析了技术整合能力对技术追赶绩效的影响,并探究了商业生态系统健康程度的调节作用。研究表明:(1)技术整合能力对技术追赶绩效具有正向影响,即技术整合能力越强大中型工程的技术追赶绩效越高;(2)商业生态系统健康程度在技术整合能力与技术追赶绩效的关系中具有正向调节作用,即健康的商业生态系统能更加稳定地发挥技术整合能力从而提升追赶绩效。

The economic catch-up of late-developed countries for leading countries is ultimately reflected in technological catch-up, and the complexity and dynamics of large and medium-sized projects are different from those of common product technological catch-up. This is a theoretical summary of the technological catch-up of Chinese hydropower engineering, and also provides enlightenment for other large and medium-sized projects to achieve technological catch-up.This paper constructs a conceptual model based on dynamic capabilities and business ecosystem theory.Through the empirical analysis of the impact of technology integration capabilities on technology catch-up performance,and it explores the moderating role of business ecosystem health.The results show that:(1)The technology integration capability has positive effect on the technological catch-up performance.The stronger the ability of technology integration, the higher the performance of technological catch-up.(2)Business ecosystem health has moderating effect on the relationship between technology integration capability and technological catch-up performance. A healthy business ecosystem can more consistently demonstrate technology integration capability to improve technological catch-up performance.
