Abstract:In view of the shortcomings of traditional educational management in the new situation and the evolution of social demand, college-enterprise cooperation is the inevitable choice and effective way. This paper introduces college entrepreneurship education goals, the main interests and management model. First of all, by the analysis of the connotation and attribution of entrepreneurship education, , college-enterprise collaborative theoretical framework is described based on integration of elements, institutional context and objectives entrepreneurship education; and then, domestic and foreign entrepreneurship education experiences are introduced here.; Finally, case study, Zhejiang Institute of Science and Technology, is demonstrated. In this conceptual framework, traditional university education and college-enterprise cooperation is reviewed here. With integration of re-construction of elements, the hierarchy theory and the interactive theory, the conceptual framework provides analysis basis for national view of college-enterprise cooperation.
