摘要:

在相关文献研究的基础上，构建包含4个一级指标、15个二级指标的新能源汽车产业竞争力评价指标体系，并借鉴新钻石模型对北京、上海、广东、江苏和浙江的相关数据进行实证研究。研究结果表明，广东新能源汽车产业在全国范围内已经形成较大的相关产业支撑和技术创新竞争优势，但与国际先进水平相比，在关键核心技术、充电基础设施配套及市场推广应用等方面还有差距。最后，基于理论和实证研究的结论，提出促进广东省新能源汽车产业发展的相关政策建议。 关键词:新能源汽车产业；竞争力综合评价；新钻石模型

Abstract:

On the basis of relevant literature research, this paper constructs a new energy automobile industry competitiveness evaluation index system, which includes 4 first-class indexes and 15 second-level indexes, and draws lessons from the new diamond model to Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong. Jiangsu and Zhejiang related data to carry on the empirical research. The results show that，the new energy automobile industry in Guangdong has formed the relative industry support and the competitive advantage of technological innovation in the whole country, however, compared with the international advanced level, there is still a gap in the key core technology, charging infrastructure matching and market promotion and application. Finally, based on the conclusion of theoretical and empirical research, the paper puts forward some relevant policy suggestions to promote the development of new energy automobile industry in Guangdong Province.
