政府专利奖励促进了中小企业绩效吗？———基于知识产权能力调节作用的实证检验

为检验政府专利奖励对中小企业绩效的政策效应,本文以江苏省226家中小企业为研究对象,采用多元回归方法对政府专利奖励和中小企业绩效之间的关系进行了实证研究,并从创造、管理、运营、保护4个维度探讨了知识产权能力在其中的调节作用。研究结果表明：(1)政府专利奖励对中小企业绩效存在正向影响；(2)企业知识产权能力有助于放大政府专利奖励对企业绩效的促进作用。研究为中小企业优化知识产权建设,提升绩效、政府建立健全专利奖励政策提供了理论依据。S

Abstract:

In order to test the policy effect of government patent awards on SME performance, this paper uses 226 SMEs in Jiangsu Province as the research object and a multiple regression approach to empirically study the relationship between government patent awards and SMEs" performance. The four dimensions of management, operation, and protection explore the role of intellectual property in its regulation. The results of the study show that: (1) There is a positive effect of government patent awards on the performance of SMEs; (2) Enterprise intellectual property capabilities can help to amplify the role of government patent awards in promoting corporate performance. The study provides a theoretical basis for SMEs to optimize the construction of intellectual property, improve performance, and establish a sound patent awards policy.
