版权强国背景下版权保护对我国版权产业发展的影响研究

Research on the Effect of Copyright Protection on Copyright Industry Development in China under the Background of Powerful Country with Copyright

摘要:

版权保护对我国版权产业发展具有重要的意义。基于我国2016年的相关数据,构建指标体系,测算出版权保护强度这一版权保护的关键因素,并结合外商投资、城镇单位文化、体育和娱乐业就业人数、文化、体育和娱乐业固定资产投资、每十万人口各级学校平均在校学生数共五个因素来分析版权保护对版权产业发展的作用机制。研究发现,版权保护强度、外商投资以及城镇单位文化、体育和娱乐业就业人数对版权产业发展具有不同程度的正向影响,其他两个因素则不显著,并据此相应地提出促进我国版权产业发展的对策建议。

Abstract:

Copyright protection is of great significance to the development of China"s copyright industry. This paper constructs an indicator system based on the relevant data of 2016 in China, and measures the key factors of copyright protection, the copyright protection intensity, and combines foreign investment, the number of urban unit people employed in the culture, sports and entertainment industries, the investment in fixed assets in the cultural, sports, and entertainment industries, and the average number of students in schools per 100,000 population at all levels to analyze the mechanism of copyright protection on the development of the copyright industry. The study found that the intensity of copyright protection, foreign investment, and the number of urban unit people employed in the culture, sports and entertainment industries have positive effects on the development of the copyright industry in different degrees. The other two factors are not significant, and accordingly promote the suggestions of developing the copyright industry in China.
