中国装配式建筑区域发展水平综合差异分析——基于PP-DEA模型

摘要:

我国装配式建筑产业在各个省市区域的发展过程中存在明显差异、发展极为不平衡的现状。本研究以我国区域装配式建筑发展水平为研究对象,从建设规模、信息化水平、生产建造能力、技术创新能力、政府支持力度、可持续性、综合效益七个方面构建综合评价指标体系,以投影寻踪模型和数据包络分析模型为基础,从静态和动态两个维度对我国区装配式建筑区域发展水平差异进行了综合评价,并通过构造综合发展水平差异指数把我国31个省(市、自治区)划分为5个等级,我国大部分地区装配式建筑发展水平处在Ⅲ、Ⅳ级水平,不同地区存在明显差异,其中政府支持力度与生产建造能力是影响发展水平的重要因素,为此本文提出提升装配式发建筑发展水平的相应建议。

There are obvious differences in the development process of China"s prefabricated building industry in various provinces and cities, and the status of development is extremely unbalanced. This study takes the development level of regional fabricated building in China as the research object, and constructs an There are obvious differences in the development of prefabricated construction in various provinces and cities in China. This research takes the development level of China's regional assembly architecture as the research object, and constructs the comprehensive evaluation index system from seven aspects: construction scale, information level, production and construction ability, technological innovation ability, government support, sustainability and comprehensive benefit. From the two dimensions of static and dynamic, this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation of the regional development level difference of the assembly architecture in China, and divides the 31 provinces (cities and autonomous regions) into 5 grades by constructing the comprehensive development level difference index, and the development level of the assembly architecture in most of China is at the level of grade III and IV, and it is different. There are obvious differences in the area, among which the government support and production and construction ability are the important factors that affect the level of development. Therefore, this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the development level of prefabricated construction.
