人工智能产业与管理若干问题的思考

摘要:

人工智能在未来10年可能形成大规模的产业,同时可大幅度提高经济质量。简述人工智能的发展历程,对人工智能产业结构以及人工智能发展管理的若干问题进行探讨和思考。研究认为：人工智能的商业化将是一个长期的过程；对人工智能发展的管理问题提出应善用科技发展指数规律促进人工智能发展,鼓励交叉学科的研究,人工智能产业发展模式为制造与服务并驾齐驱,应建立技术成熟度分级评估机制,人工智能企业认定标准以及相关产业统计制度等建议。

Abstract:

Artificial intelligence may become a large-scale industry in the next decade. Meanwhile, it can also greatly improve the economic quality. A brief intro to the development of artificial intelligence is to discuss and speculate on the industrial structure and development of management about artificial intelligence.The research suggests that the commercialization of artificial intelligence will be a long-term process. Management problems of artificial intelligence development should make good use of science and technology development index law to promotes the development of artificial intelligence, encourage interdisciplinary research.The development model of artificial intelligence industry is to find the balance between manufacturing and service. Establishing technical maturity grading evaluation mechanism and enterprise standards, artificial intelligence enterprise recognition standard and relevant industry statistics system also plays an important role in the development mode.
