创新是建设现代化经济体系的战略支撑；金融是现代经济的“血液”,是实现科技创新驱动的重要条件。从生态视角探讨创新与金融两者之间关系成为当今学界研究逻辑的必然；二维度和三维度的金融生态系统,演化为由金融生态主体、金融生态调节、金融生态结构和金融生态环境构成的四维度金融生态系统,通过全链式、多层次和宽领域的金融服务,改进创新资源配置机制,进而提高创新效率。因此,应制定相应地政策措施,改善我国金融生态系统,提高其对创新活动的支持力度和覆盖面,提高创新活动的效率,最终使得创新引领我国经济由高速增长转向高质量增长,并发挥最大作用。

Innovation is the strategic support for the construction of a modern economic system, finance is the "blood" of modern economy and an important con- dition for the realization of science and technology innovation. From the perspective of ecosystem, exploring the relationship between innovation and finance has become the logical necessity of research. The four-dimension financial ecosystem composed of the main body of financial ecology, financial ecological environment, financial ecological regulation, and financial ecological structure enhances the efficiency of innovation by increasing the efficiency of resource allocation. Therefore, corresponding policy measures should be formulated to improve China"s financial ecology, increase the support of financial ecosystems for innovation activities, and increase the efficiency of innovation activities. Ultimately, innovation will lead the country’s economy from high-speed growth to high-quality growth.
