区域创新网络是影响创新绩效的重要因素。借助上海市科技企业数据库,解决了以往相关研究缺乏直接数据支持的难题,实证探究了结构洞、网络根植性、网络地位、区内合作强度对于创新绩效的影响。研究结果表明,结构洞、网络地位对于上海市各区的创新产出有显著的正向作用;而过度的网络根植性以及过分聚焦于与本区企业的合作,已开始抑制各区创新能力的提升。因而,应大力提升各区技术交流的中介职能,促进各区企业全方位、深层次的创新交流合作。

Regional innovation network is the key factor to affect innovation efficiency. Based on firm-level data in Shanghai, this paper solves the problem of lacking data in previous studies, and explores the impact of structural holes, network embeddedness, network status, and regional cooperation intensity on innovation efficiency empirically. We found that, structural holes and network status have a significant positive effect on innovation output in Shanghai, while over–embeddedness and excessive focus on cooperation with companies in the same region has been detrimental to the improvement of innovation efficiency. Therefore, the intermediary functions of technical exchanges in all regions should be greatly enhanced, to promote deep-level innovation cooperation among all enterprises.
