高新技术企业专利融资能力评价指标体系研究

摘要:

高新技术企业的一个特点就是强调研发与技术成果转化，然而这些工作往往受到资金不足的约束。本文以专利与融资入手，在界定专利融资能力内涵的基础上，从实践中分析了湖北、广东、江苏、河南和北京等地专利质押融资现状及特征，从理论中归纳出影响专利融资能力的三个维度即专利价值、企业经营状况和外部融资环境，通过理论与实践的相结合，构建出一个高新技术企业专利融资能力评价指标体系，该体系由9个二级指标和27个三级指标构成，有助于合理评价企业的融资能力，深入揭示增强融资能力的关键影响要素，促进创新绩效的实现。

Abstract:

One of the characteristics of high-tech enterprises is to emphasize the transformation of R&D and technological achievements. However, these jobs are often constrained by insufficient funds.This paper starts from patent and financing, on the basis of defining the connotation of patent financing capability.From the practice, it analyzes the status quo and characteristics of patent pledge financing in Hubei, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Henan and Beijing. From the theory, it summarizes the three dimensions that affect the patent financing capability, namely patent value, business operation status and external financing environment.Through the combination of theory and practice, a high-tech enterprise patent financing capability evaluation index system is constructed, which consists of 9 secondary indicators and 27 third-level indicators.It will help to reasonably evaluate the financing ability of enterprises, reveal the key influencing factors of enhancing financing ability, and promote the realization of innovation performance.
