Abstract:For restoring the power system fastly, reasonable selection of black-start schemes is very important. In this article, flexible entropy model is applied to compute weights of indexes after considering many weight methods. Comparing to traditional entropy method, the flexible entropy model addresses the issues that difference between weights of indexes is significant, no change in weights when assessment matrix changes slightly. Then the flexible weights are used to improve grey correlation method, and a new approach for assessing black-start schemes based on improved grey method is proposed. The proposed approach constructs a grey correlation matrix, fuses the flexible weights and grey correlation coefficient, and sorts the black-start schemes. Experiments are carried out on the data of black-start path of Tianjin power grid, the results show that the proposed approach is effective.
