中国区域创新生态系统的竞争力评价与实证研究

摘要:

为了促进区域创新生态系统的稳定、和谐，把科技创新转化为区域增长的动力，文章运用线性加权综合方法，通过构建科学系统的创新生态系统竞争力评价指标体系，对2016年中国区域创新生态系统竞争力进行评价。结果表明江苏、广东、北京位居中国区域创新生态系统竞争力综合排名前三甲，且东部省份是创新生态系统竞争力最强的地区，同时还发现各地区创新生态系统在其系统结构、系统要素竞争力方面的差距要小于其系统环境、系统功能竞争力方面的差距，并提出提高创新生态系统竞争力的对策建议。

Abstract:

In order to promote the stability and harmony of regional innovation ecosystem and turn scientific and technological innovation into the driving force of regional growth, this paper evaluates the competitiveness of China''s Regional Innovation Ecosystem in 2016 by constructing a scientific and systematic evaluation index system of innovation ecosystem competitiveness using linear weighted synthesis method. The results show that Jiangsu, Guangdong and Beijing rank in the top three of China''s regional innovation ecosystem competitiveness, and the eastern provinces are the regions with the strongest innovation ecosystem competitiveness. At the same time, it is found that the regional innovation ecosystem in its system structure, system elements competitiveness gap is smaller than the system environment, system. The gap between the functional competitiveness and the competitiveness of the innovation ecosystem is proposed.
