Abstract:From the perspective of social exchange theory and feedback theory, the influence mechanism of engagement on job performance is explored. Based on the survey results of 201 valid questionnaires for high and new technology enterprises, the work performance of the scientific and technological R & D personnel has a direct and positive impact on their work performance; the organizational commitment plays a mediating role in it; the atmosphere of labor relations plays a positive role in it, that is, the better the working atmosphere is, the degree of respect for the R & D personnel the greater the impact on their job performance, the more important organizational factors that the degree of engagement has a positive impact on job performance are the atmosphere of labor relations. This conclusion has important enlightenment significance to pay attention to the construction of harmonious labor relations in enterprises and promote the rapid development of enterprises in the new era.
