县域农业产业创新绩效研究

科学技术创新与县域农业产业的结合是壮大县域经济、解决“三农”问题的必然选择。在产业创新相关理论的基础上,结合县域农业产业创新过程,本文分阶段地探讨县域农业产业创新绩效,得到了县域农业产业创新绩效评估的指标体系。以济南市历城区核桃产业创新过程为案例进行分析。研究结果表明该县域农业产业创新绩效评估体系在评价县域农业产业创新绩效上是可行的,具有一定的指导价值和现实意义。

Abstract:

The combination of technological innovation and county agricultural industry is the inevitable choice to strengthen the county economy and solve the problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers. Based on the relevant theory of industrial innovation, combined with the innovation process of county agricultural industry, this paper discusses the innovation performance of county agricultural industry in stages. The indicator system for assessing innovation performance of county agricultural industry is obtained. Take the innovation process of walnut industry in Licheng District of Jinan as a case study. The results show that the county agricultural industry innovation performance evaluation system is feasible in evaluating the innovation performance of county agricultural industry, Having certain guiding value and practical significance.
