海洋领域科技成果转化模式的研究

摘要:

科技成果转化是科技与经济紧密结合的关键环节，本文从科技成果转化模式角度出发，采用比较、举例和调查等研究方法，对山东海洋科技成果转化的三种转化模式实践情况进行分析、综合和比较，剖析科技成果转化实践中的创新之处和问题所在，通过分析提出在海洋科技资源网络中多要素组合、创新链条多环节衔接以及服务体系中多元主体协同等方面促进海洋科技成果转化的对策建议。

Abstract:

The transformation of Scientific and Technological(s&t) achievements is the crucial link of the combination of science，technology and economy. This paper discusses the advantages and practice of the transformation mode of ocean S&T Achievements in Shandong province using comparative analysis and offering examples, analyzes the innovation mode and problems, and puts forward the strategies that drive the transforming from technical production to productivity in such aspects as Multi-element combination, Multi-link connection of innovation chain and Multi-subject collaboration in the service system.
