Abstract:With the start and implementation of the "higher school innovation ability promotion plan" ("2011" plan), a number of cooperative innovation centers have been identified by the country and all over the country, and the investment of the construction parties is increasing, and the efficiency of the construction has also increasingly attracted wide attention from all walks of life. This paper uses the combination model of Principal Component Analysis and Stochastic Frontier Analysis to analyze the construction efficiency of the 59 cooperative innovation centers approved in Jiangsu province. According to the results of the analysis, this paper puts forward some suggestions and thoughts to further promote the development of high quality connotation in the collaborative innovation center of colleges and universities, and provides a reference for the competent departments to guide the allocation of resource elements more effectively, establish a more reasonable and scientific assessment system and competition exit mechanism.
