长江经济带工业绿色发展效率测量与提升路径研究

摘要:

基于长江经济带2007-2016年11省市面板数据,运用Super-SBM模型与Malmquist指数对工业绿色发展效率进行动静分析；并结合改进的灰色斜率关联模型分析影响工业绿色发展效率的因素。研究表明：长江经济带工业绿色发展效率呈上升趋势,区域差别显著；技术进步对工业绿色发展效率提高的贡献率高,提升潜力大；经济发展水平、城镇化等因素促进工业绿色发展效率提升,工业产业结构和环境规制则具有抑制作用。最后提出提高长江经济带工业绿色发展效率的发展路径。

Abstract:

Based on the panel data of 11 provinces and cities of the Yangtze River Economic Belt in 2007-2016 years, the Super-SBM model and Malmquist index are used to analyze the industrial green development efficiency, and the factors that affect the industrial green development efficiency are analyzed with the improved grey slope correlation model. The research shows that the industrial green development efficiency of the Yangtze River Economic Zone is on the rise, the regional difference isremarkable, the contribution rate of the technological progress to the industrial green development efficiency is high, the promotion potential is great, the economic development level, theurbanization and other factors promote the industrial green development efficiency, and the industrial structure and environmental regulation are suppressed. The effect of the system. Finally, it puts forward the development path to improve the green development efficiency of the Yangtze River economic belt.
