基于创新视角的精益库存管理对企业绩效的影响机制研究—管理创新的中介效应

Research on the Influence Mechanism of Lean Inventory Management on Enterprise Performance from the Perspective of Innovation——Mediating Effects of Management Innovation

摘要:

基于2012-2017年我国汽车制造业实施精益生产管理的上市公司为样本,运用面板数据从创新视角实证检验了精益库存管理对企业绩效的影响机制。研究发现：(1)精益库存管理程度与企业绩效存在显著倒U型关系,存在精益库存管理的最佳平衡点；(2)精益库存管理程度与管理创新呈显著U型关系,随着精益库存管理的不断深入,管理创新呈现出边际效应递增趋势；(3)管理创新在精益库存管理和企业绩效之间起到显著部分中介作用。

Abstract:

Based on the research samples of the listed companies of lean production management in China"s automobile manufacturing industry in 2012-2017 years, this paper empirically tests the impact mechanism of lean inventory management on enterprise performance from the perspective of innovation. The results shows that: ①There is a significant inverted U relationship between lean inventory management and enterprise performance, and the best balance point exists in lean inventory management; ②There is a significant U relationship between lean inventory management and management innovation, management innovation presents an increasing trend of marginal effect with the continuous deepening of lean inventory management; ③Management innovation plays a significant mediating role between lean inventory management and enterprise performance.
