Abstract:In order to promote the efficient, scientific and rational development of scientific research management of large-scale energy enterprises, the multi-dimensional classification method for science and technology projects (STP) is proposed, in view of the concept of “classification guidance and precise policy” and the characteristics of different projects with specific rules and needs of scientific research. The cross-analysis of the categories are then carried out, followed by a hierarchical and classified management model for STP in large-scale energy enterprise, considering the management structure of large-scale energy enterprises. Based on this model and according to scientific layout, rational division of labor and enhanced coordination, appropriate management mechanisms and methods are proposed in the aspects of project launching and process management, to meet the strategic demands of large-scale energy enterprises. With the proposed methods, the efficiency of the resources allocation and comprehensive benefits of scientific research will be improved, promoting the smooth development of scientific and technological innovation.
