Abstract:This paper selects nine typical civil-military integration enterprises such as Xi"an Tianhe Defense Technology Co,.LTD and Chengdu Corpro Technology Co,.LTD to conduct exploratory case studies, and adopts grounded theory to build a four-level model of the business model innovation mechanism of civil-military integration enterprises through three-level coding. The study finds that: external agents force companies to innovate in business models, corporate strategies, corporate culture, and entrepreneurial spirit as strategic layers guide corporate business model innovation, and resource bases, organizational structures, and innovation mechanisms assist in supporting corporate business model innovation, value creation, value proposition and value acquisition three-dimensional degree to achieve business model innovation. The research has enriched and expanded the research on the business model innovation of the civil-military integration enterprise, and also provided reference for the same type of enterprises to promote business model innovation.
