科技成果转化政策实施效果评价研究—以北京市为例

摘要:

本文在梳理科技成果转化政策评估研究现状的基础上,结合对政策内容的分析构建科技成果转化政策实施效果的评价指标体系。收集北京市2009-2015年相关统计年鉴的数据,对其政策实施效果进行评估分析,并从落实供给政策,优化科技资源配置、改革需求政策,提升科技成果转化能力、完善环境政策,营造有利的科技成果转化环境三个方面提出相应的对策建议。

Abstract:
